Our founder, Shane Stuart, created Chagaroot to redefine nourishment. Tired of cleanses that drained him and diets that dulled his spark, Shane built a brand that blends biohacking smarts with pure, flavorful ingredients. Shane Stuart’s wellness journey began in 2003, blending veggies into smoothies so tasty, customers dubbed him the “Rawmixologist.” As a Vitamix salesman, he packed demo rooms, earning salesman of the Year in 2011. A health convention changed his path—a woman shared how his recipes eased her chronic pain, sparking Shane’s mission to make nutrition transformative. “I saw food’s power to change lives,” he says. “I wanted that for everyone.”

Shane dove into the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, learning bio-individuality—how each body thrives uniquely. Inspired, he left a film career behind to focus on health, determined to make wellness approachable and delicious. That passion became Chagaroot—a brand built on Shane’s belief that food should lift you up, not weigh you down.

In 2014, Shane partnered with Zappos’ Tony Hsieh to open Grassroots Juice Bar in Las Vegas—a hub for healthy eats and community good.
